I'm not a fan of WOW, but the theme is really nice. I would recommend you to use the Panel pluging instead of the TopPanel. And i would make AstAmp buttons neater.

I like the side panel buttons and taskbar. Good work! You'd only might want to take a look at your Rainlendar skin's *.ini, because the path to your main window isn't a relative one ;)

I would suggest that your left panel folder icons could be the bag icons from wow. I will download the skin and give it a more serious look.
