I don't think this is a perfect theme (not at all), but the individual parts look very good. Especially the wallpaper and icons are great, but I also like the start menu color combination... Maybe with some more inspiration you will be able to create a theme which can compete with the ones like Techno Dream...

Well I really like this, very clean and smooth. Ithink the colors go very well together. I would like to see a 1024x768 resolution though. Great work!
