First of all, this is NOT Wing. It's Formula 91. Learn what you do before you do it.
Pretty decent theme, but the menu text is somewhat difficult to read; not to mention the fact that this was a PAIN to download.
That and there's not a WB skin that goes along with this -- much less an XP theme for it.
